telkom mail problem

I have my mail account with telkom internet (*as they are my ADSL ISP)

Since this afternoon, when I try recieve my new mails I get an error message:

In Mozilla Thunderbird: "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop3.telkomsa.net did not respond: the user has no $home/Maildir"

Sending of email works fine.

In Outlook Express, it just keeps bringin up the dialogue box asking for my username and password.

The username and password is correct, as I can log onto webmail and check my emails there.

10215 is engaged.
 
Same problem here, except it only started this afternoon for me. However, I've been trying to phone the 10215 number since Wednesday on another issue...a dn it is always engaged :mad:
 
TI Internet users will be having problems authenticating onto the mail server.
