My order/reference number is 2421****27A.I applied online for the P20 Pro BLUE 128gb DUAL SIM roughly a week ago.I specifically asked for the BLUE and was told by the sales consultant working in the call centre that there is BLUE DEVICES instock and available.
This entire process has been unprofessional from the outset from debiting R599 without indication to now being told that there is no stock available via sms.Please address my query.I dont want to cancel the contract based on the grounds of misleading information supplied by someone working for Telkom or a partner of Telkom.
I was also told about a "pro rata" rate being imposed on me,be well aware that I will be counting every day from debit day to the day of receiving the device concerning the pro rata rate.
This has been nothing like what I have been "sold" in the form of media and telephonic conversations.I have been given plenty of negative feedback from peers friends and business colleagues concerning the Telkom brand but decided to give the benefit of the doubt to you guys,unfortunately from my 7 day ordeal It seems I should have stuck to my 6th sense.
