Telkom Mobile and WiFi calling

I hope Telkom will launch this and make this available to all Android phones. My Meizu has full 4G signal at home, but 3G and 2G is basically non existent. So if my phone is on 4G and a call tries to come through, it will ofthen either fail or take long to come through as my phone tries to switch down to either 3G or 2G, but because the signal is so weak it takes forever to do.

Either to Wifi calling, or enable Volte please.
