Hi, I've been trying to cancel my unused contract with Telkom for 3 months now. The contract and LTE router were sent back to Telkom unopened and not used but I get debited everything despite my online cancellation and my manual requests to cancel by dialing 10210. I call every week and a new agent takes down my details and asks their team leader to cancel with nothing done. How can I escalate this to have my money reimbursed and this contract cancelled.
