Telkom Mobile - no internet?

Anyone else having issues, thought it was maybe the tower near work - but - just got home and still no internet.

None of my devices have internet connectivity since about 11am.

According to their website, I still have 30GB of my 30GB remaining.

I'm on Telkom LTE but using NordVPN. Working in Hermanus.

This is rather ****ing annoying. Seems to be my phone now - if I take the Telkom sim out, put it in another device, it works. Put another Telkom sim in this phone, it works. Put old sim back, it doesnt work.

We got an lte router here at work. Red light no service for the past few days.

xrapidx, since Thursday last week it seems that the tower close to my house is giving in. Works perfectly 5km down the road but both our routers and phones have full 4G signal for about 4 minutes then the tower seems to restart. Driving me insane as we've got a contract with them and as the tower "works" i fear no one will look into it. Has your issue been resolved?

Had issues with them in December on a prepaid sim for data. Dropoff with good signal but then again i was not surprised as it was Helkom.
