Since yesterday I have been unable to connect via 4G ... my modem tells me there is a 3.5G connection available but as soon but I can't connect.

The Telkom mobile data center is useless and only tells me the usual "please reset router".

How do I get through the technical support folks who actually KNOW what they are talking about ???.
 
Problem resolved .. it seems idiot cretin in their billing dept "suspended" my SIM ... it is a PREPAID Sim btw and nobody in the customer care (sic) can tell me WHY or more importantly WHO did it.

Tried to buy another data sim but their system refuses ... gave them 3 days to resolve the issue so I emailed them "FU" this morning and switched to another provider.

It seems being a loyal customer since I was 18 years old accounts for nothing.
