My Telkom mobile WiFi and FLLA services are both down. Here in PE. Anyone else?

LTE. I've been online throughout the night.

Can't pickup 2300 here at all. 2100 connects but no throughput. Will try 3g and 1800 mhz

Both my Telkom LTE routers are down. No signal from tower. Am on the PE-Durban node.
Shortly before 5am there was signal for about 3 minutes, then down again.

I wonder was the Tower not stolen or damaged when stealing the Batteries. Happens so often.
