just like I mentioned it. They can charge you cause TELKOM forces a international [blended] connection on you. Its their loss. It happened a dozen times and I never got a bill. Just a R32 local only usage bill. :erm:

I wouldn't be too concerned about that. AFAIK they have never charged anyone for this type of error before.

Ohh me too! They have disconnected me. So when I redial I get 165.145.135.154 as my IP but it still has international. So some one is trying to fix it but it doesn't seem like they are succeeding!

yeah, i'm paranoid
..."will be charged for all data usage which exceeds the blended data cap" -a little too specific for my liking.
@Kaufies, keep in mind many of these new clauses weren't there a few months ago
