Since January 2011 it was Total Blended Data Allocated (Default Package) - 5.00GB
Since July 2011 it was Total Blended Data Allocated (Default Package) - 10.00GB

Last week (November 2011) it was still the same package as October 2011, now it is 1.00GB

WTF is going on with these monkeys ?

It's a general problem, all my Telkom sites reported 1GB Default Package instead of 16GB but none are capped.

Last week (November 2011) it was still the same package as October 2011, now it is 1.00GB

Referring to the 1GB, sitting on about 60% of 16GB for most accounts.

Same as op, not too worried suspect Telkom will fix it before month end.

I have the same problem too. And instead of having 30 local gigs, today it shows I have 10 local gigs.

Problem fixed on last nights reports, had a few false "Account capped" notifications prior to that.

Just got one of the 1gig emails.. And I have a 40gig account lol!

Also had that local report yesterday. I apparently only had 10 gig local. But an earlier email the local is 20 gig.

Its been fixed:
