Telkom monthly ADSL usage summary shows zero usage

Telkom are absolutely USELESS beyond description...their online usage monitor shows Ive used 0GB's this month and I received an email to confirm this, although I've been downloading here there and everywhere. Even more retarded is, why am I still with them??????
