Telkom number porting query

My Telkom number has been ported to MTN Business VOIP by an ISP.

I've read that porting can occur once every 3 months; is this (still) true, and does this include moving to another VOIP reseller on the MTN Business network?

I recall reading recently (Vodacom site) that porting can happen once every 60 days.

Not sure if this is applicable when porting between voip resellers...
