Telkom Online Application

Hi guys,
Basically i just need a number to dial. I'm so gatvol, I placed an order thr 14th of June for the Huawei P8 deal. The lady called me and we did the application, everything went well and she said the phone will be delivered within 5~7 working days.
Since then I have not heard a single word/email/sms from them. They did however deduct the money. I have since tried multiple times getting hold of them, to date i could not get through to a single person who can assist me. Each time they trasnfer me to someone else and i get cut off. I was told once to call 081128, but i cannot call this number from my work phone, it does not work.
I have left multiple facebook messages without a single reply. I have done a Hellopeter post o which I got a universal reply with a reference number, since then nothing.
The online chat is a complete waste of time. I honestly dont know what to do anymore.
 
Don't even call, email or do online applications with Telkom...

Being old school is the only way to get things done with them.

When the P8 lite was originally released, I signed up online.
A month later, I finally managed to get a response and cancelled my order (after getting advice from an in store consultant)
Walked in store and received my phone the next day.

Sigh....this makes me very very negative as I forgot to mention I went to the store in Kolonade this weekend. The guy at the shop said they cant assist. Refered me to calling 10213.
This is honestly such a sad pathetic waste of space comapny. 2 years back I also tried getting a contract through them, exactly the same bloody story, back then I could at least get hold of them to cancel....And I clearly remember that I promised myself to never deal with them again, yet here we are, and somehow they have managed to even decline in service since then.
