Hi Telkom or whoever you represent dude. My line is super crap. Its 20mbps line and im getting speeds of 2mbps. Can you get somebody to sort it out please? Thanks
 
What he is doing could get him fired.

It is contrary to the Competition Commission's ruling that there must be wholesale/retail split in Telkom and that the retail group (where he works) may receive absolutely no special treatment from the wholesale group (Openserve). See my post #13 ...

If this is reported, the Telkom Group could be found to be in breach of the ruling, which has already cost them a fine of around R640 million.

eish, so can somebody please properly clear this up. If he can help, what is the proper procedure that needs to be followed. Can MP.IT please forward some sort of more information on who has authorized this etc
