Telkom - Online speed upgrade option?

Hi, is there a way to upgrade or request speed upgrade online on the telkom website? Seeing as going down to their shop and ordering it did nothing and their call center lets you run through every possible menu, then hangs up without warning because its saturday.

I did notice a fault esccelation link somewhere but cant find it again.....any1 know where that might have been? And hopefully get whichever employee read FASTEST as SLOWEST POSSIBLE fired.

The easiest way is to go to the Telkom Shop and ask them to upgrade your speed there, they just ask your number and ID.

Or call them and ask them to upgrade the line, but on weekends you can forget to get anything out of Telkom, so just go to the shop if you need it done this weekend

Shot thx, i`l go down to a different shop and try again, the one in Menlyn has proven to be completely useless even in the most basic administrative services.
