weird... im up and running pretty good. well 12gb last night done. think that is acceptable hahaha... im on OW and got TI account and both get IP and PPPOE fine... check if it correct and try a bridge first to see if bridge helps )make connection off pc)

Call 10210 and ask for a port reset... Should solve the issue

I'm still down! Since Saturday! Frustrating to say the least. I'm in Panorama with 558 code. Anybody else still suffering? Surely I can't be alone. How do we go about getting a refund then?
