Telkom R Incomming call problems

I regularly find people texting or WhatsApp calling me because they cannot reach me when my phone switches to Telkom R .

When calling , “ the number does not exist “ voice message is played back

The issue is intermittent and only occurs on Telkom R.

Never seems to happen when on the Telkom Network.

I sometimes have the same problem when calling friends who happen to be on Telkom R at the time

Mybroadband , please investigate. Dropping MTN for Vodacom has been the worst move ever by Telkom , bugs still persist months later.

I had the same issue when Telkom did the roaming switch to VC. Only way I could receive incoming casks when on TelkomSA-R was to directly roam on vodacom by selecting it.

Logged a ticket a and eventually threatened to cancel all 3 my contracts. Was escalated to technical and in a few days it just started working. No response from Telkom on what the issue was or what they did to fix it.
