So, yesterday I called Telkom to upgrade my line to 4mb and the sales consultant promised it will be done yesterday.

Called this morning to find out if it has been done, and they say they see the order on their side, but now I have to wait till they call me to confirm it has been done.

I mean, how much time does it take to just switch the port? 5 minutes and now we are almost at 1 day. This is easy.

Does anyone have a contact in Telkom who can assist me to just upgrade the speed that I can then go to MWEB and pay them for the All Inclusive and get better service.

How long should it take to get a line converted to ADSL? Been waiting for 10 days now, getting really frustrated with Telkom. :mad:
