For those of you that don't know - after waiting 41, working days so that I could have my landline installed on a Saturday Telkom decided to reschedule me to a Wednesday forcing me to take a day off work, I then demanded to speak to a supervisor who garaunteed me that once my landline was up he would send my DSL line through instantly. Phoned again today re: DSL line, turns out the "Supervisor" is merely another callcentre agent and no action has yes been taken on the DSL line. As far as I can see there are no lines for complaint into Telkom - well none that actually work.
