Telkom responds to ADSL problems

All I can say about ADSL and Telkom is

"Forgive them, for they know not what they do".

Ever tried to get into the Telkom site to check on your
useage ? - many times, like now for example (7.36am
Wednesday), its not working and the daily report they send, if you request it, is a day out although it refers to
useage at 00hrs of the day given, but is actually the value
a day earlier - somedays it does not even change so its a
"very reliable" way of keeping check of your CAP. One
time I was told I had used 2.4 Gbytes in ONE day-I
queried it and was told it was incorrect so Telkom brightens
my day with its fooling around :-((.
 
we all know its not the network its the stupid bloody cap you put on the international bandwidth..cakes :mad: :mad: :mad:
