Telkom - Ridiculous Network Coverage and LTE speeds

My date has a Telkom sim and is struggling with finding any signal, and we also have a Telkom LTE contract that is up and down, but when up, speeds rarely climb above 1mbps. Is anyone aware of the problems that Telkom specifically is having?
