This thread is about Telkom Voice Services, I upgraded to the fixed line look alike in November last year, for years my account was normal and the maximum I paid was R240. Since November last year, I've been fighting a war with Telkom because I have a evening and weekender call plan active, I am being charged for every call made during the evening and weekends and this was supposed to be free due to the call plan. I am still being thrown from pillar to post trying to resolve this issue, the one thing they have done after days upon days of calling was credit me. The issue is still on going as my call plan is active on sales side but the other departments cannot pick it up. I have logged multiple incident tickets and for 3 months now it is not resolved. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Please advise..
