Telkom salary increases despite failed talks

Telkom CEO Sipho Maseko has informed staff that talks between the company and the CWU at the CCMA have failed.

Why it failed because no offer put by the company only CWU is playing in table.

Apparently the company is still adamant that a 0% increase is all that the workers deserve after making all the millions for the company, meanwhile we lowly customers are left to fend for ourselvess while the strike drags on....

The staff at that company are so demotivated and the systems that are in place frustrates and is counter productive .
The systems they have to work with wastes time and resources , accountability of top management is non existent because the person in overall control has no idea of the problems that the people on the ground that do the work have to face every day .

Each and everyone of those workers has a mind of their own, the same mind that they used to decide whether to belong to a union or not.
They never decided as individuals to go on strike, it was a collective decision, even if they decide to go back to work the same collective decision making will apply.
