I think it's probably the people that signed before night data as it used to show a 'special' data. Mine is still not fixed till today and no one at telkom bother d to call
Ok I just spoke to Telkom lady. She said because I'm on Office package I had a promotional thingy for a couple of months.
I need to migrate to Smart Broadband package.
I was on chat with here then she phoned back and explained the above.
I guess the "automatic" migration that was originally stated was not automatic at all, guess a trip to telkom shop is probably in order as the call centre is useless most of the time.
So did you manage to get it migrated?
