Telkom Smart Broadband Wireless LTE

Hello People. I got a contract at Telkom for 2gig Smartbroadband LTE. WITH A Huawei Wifi LTE router. I was thinking awesome lots of data and I can get high download and upload speeds. So i checked if my area has got Telkom LTE. It does. I currently only pick up full strength signal 3G with the amaizng download speed of between 1-3mbps. And upload lower than 0.6mbps. See image attached. I live incenturion and the covrage map said it has LTE coveage. Anyone have this issue?

Bump.
Seems the prepaid double data promo has been terminated. I bought the 10+10 gb bundle today for R249 at telkom the glen, and used the hilink app to check the balance which was exactly 10 gb daytime and 10 gb night surfer. In march the promo was still in force and I got 40+40 when I bought the 20+20.
Did Telkom notify consumers. Am I missing something and if possible some confirmation would help.

Correct. I didn't realise I bought the 5+5 for R249 which becomes 10+10. Data prices are very high.
