I phoned up Telkom today. Pissed off that I'm still paying for a 4mb line even though I can only sync on 1.5 on my exchange. Sorted that out in only 15 minutes. I then asked to be put through to technical support because I want to sort out this issue that I'm now forced to pay for a service that cant fully use. I explained my situation and included that every ssingle time they refresh/restart my line, it goes down and a techy needs to come through to fix it(this has happened three times already where I have no Internet for a couple of days) he suggested that a techy should come through to see if they can put me on a different exchange(what?). I played along and the next woman I spoke to said that that was just not possible.
I ended the call and was pretty pissed off already. Got home and BEHOLD!!! MY F****NG Router wont sync. Someone restarted my connection somewhere in the previous process. I've sent two messages to TelkomZA on the forum here but got no reply. Im am absolutely furious!
Any suggestions what I can do?
And its been a real pleasure typing all this out on my phone.
