Telkom Softcap Fibre

Hey guys

Im about to lose my mind. I had 100mbps Fibre installed and since September the service is useless from 6pm to 11pm.

The ping is so high you cant even play games ( CS , dota ). Can somebody please for the love of biscuits tell me what is going on. The download speed is fairly ok, just the ping that is 500ms average.

Yes, they make a few tweaks and it remains the same. The minute i change the ISP details in the router to another ISP then all is fine.

They wont allow me too separate the Cap from the fiber line. Bundle.

Telkom softcap is screwed on my end too for the past month or two. I only use this account for a backup, so hasn't bothered me but it's pretty awful.
