It has now been 7 weeks already, we are approaching the 8th week, and to the best of my knowledge, the DoC has not done anything yet - except blabber - just like ICASA full of hot air and no action...

I really haven’t been around long enough to comment on that but I have a feeling that all this conflict of interest that everyone vehemently denies exists is stalling the whole process, and only once Telkom has repositioned itself well enough to be able to cope with new legislation, will anything happen.
