Has anyone else experienced Telkom "stealing" their all network data ?

I'm on the FreeMe 2GB plan which provides 2GB all net data per month. Last month I used up this data before month end and bought a 30 day Telkom only campaigned bundle.
This month I see that Telkom have depleted my October all net allocation in preference to the Telkom only bundle that was bought previously even though I'm in Telkom network coverage...

They're effectively depleting the expensive data before the cheap data and forcing you to buy more all net data when out of Telkom network coverage...

Attached screenshot from the Telkom app shows the issue and the expiry data of bundles in question.

I raised this with Telkom and as expected, they simply closed the case without any feedback...

Indeed....
I'd be happy if Telkom got the same negative exposure as the other operators though...

I remember there being a mybroadband article and a couple forum posts highlighting which bundles are consumed first and unfortunately recurring bundles will be consumed before any once off bundle IIRC. I'm with you on the fact that all Mobile Telco's should deplete the bundle that is going to expire first before any other bundle, regardless if it's a promotion or not. It just makes sense. Plus it's less complicated for the end user as well.

Yeah my main complaint is that they're depleting your most expensive data first. If you're within Telkom network coverage and you have on net data, that should be consumed over your all net data, regardless of how it was allocated.
