Its been a week since my account has been suspended, after payment, and when i finally came through to a USELESS consultant, she told me she cant help me. HOW CAN THERE SERVICE BE BETTER DURING A STRIKE? They are useless and i wish them all NONE of the best.

and they suck more donkey balls than a prostitute gone bad!

Just go to a local customer service branch/front office whatever it's called. Must easier/better dealing with someone in person.
