TELKOM SUCKS!

I have been trying to get a phone line in this country for over a year now. Yes, just a regular phone line. Telkom has not done any planning. I have lived in two houses now and both times Telkom has to start up an entire new project to provide me with a phone line. I still do not have a phone line after 15 months!

If there was any other place to take my business I would.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Are u sure you phoned telkom and not telcom or some bogus company - i know telkom are badd. but not that bad[?][?]

Sorry, Telkom IS THAT BAD.
I lived in one place for over a year (new area) - could not get a normal telephone line. I've just moved to another place (existing area) and now I get the same story.

"No lines available" = Telkom does not know how to plan.

In case of Korea Telecom in Korea,
If customer place order for telephone line today, they come tomorrow morning to install the line.
That is kind of SERVICE what customers are expecting and they are trying to satisfy their customers.
