Telkom 'System" (a misnomer in itself)

Does anyone have any information why Telkom's LTE , as applied to my router , is getting slower and slower? I know that their 'speed ' of 90 Mbps is 'up to" but I have been struggling to get 20 recently and now it has dropped to just over 10.

This is typical of the 1800 Mhz band 3.
What router do you have and is it capable of switching to Band 40, 2300 Mhz ?
