Can anyone tell me what TBIS is? I got a bill of R1214.69 for Tbis. Usage 36357MB. I have a capped account from Telkom of 20+20 GB. On userstats.adsl.saix.net it states that I've used my 40GB and got capped.

I just called the call centre and they're having billing issues. I'm on AllAccess 30GB, so I get 60GB at the moment. They've billed me separately for the 60GB under TBIS for R2K.

They said they're aware of the billing problems and will reverse it for everybody.

Did they sort you out? Got my bill today and is still shows that I owe them money for tbis.

Telkom is the worst company after eskom. They suck!
