I just fel that there should be no need to sue the word "true" before the word "uncapped".
Uncapped is uncapped.
Capped is everything that is not uncapped.
Rather than allowing advertisers to use the term "uncapped", the ASA/ICASA/CPA/whoever should just force ISPs to sell these products as capped (... the cap being the FUP limit) with the benefit of sloooooooooow internet access after the cap.
Try getting an advertiser to spin THAT!!
If they stick to your definition then a 2mb uncapped line would cost R2000 minimum!So thanks I think I'll rather pay R200 and have a reasonable point at which its throttled down to slower speeds and still not capped.
200mb on a 2mb line is reasonable IMO,also if you download after hours it doesn't count towards this cap btw.
