Regarding the LTE Uncapped offering from Telkom, I have seen on other threads that this is throttled with P2P and bittorrrent correct?

Tell me, what about streaming services? Like Netflix etc? Is this also throttled or shaped?

SO hypothetically if someone did try to download torrents any idea or thoughts how that would go ?

I heard on ADSL its limited to 1.0Mbps

Nope p2p/torrents is mostly unrestricted (depending on the time of day, after 6pm it does go down), until you hit your 50gig cap for p2p/torrents

You get a 300GB softcap + 50GB Torrent Cap. Thus when streaming or downloading when you hit 300GB you get throttled to 4mbps. When you hit the the Torrent cap. Torrents get limited to 128kbps.

And after 350GB u throttled to 2Mb speeds for rest of month.. But u can stream Netflix.. Not in 720p thou
