You get full speed on common protocols during business hours (web etc) and lower for p2p. After around 22:00 (i think) , all protocols are opened up so torrents go full speed.
There is an unspecified GB limit that if reached (possibly around 400GB but i can't be sure) to which you will be throttled to 1MB speed until the beginning of the month.
Only indication you get that you are close is by logging into the Ti Tracker for which there are bars with RED indicating you get throttled.
However, an email associated with your account will get a notification to warn you before it happens (think if you get billing via email).
Checkout the uncapped thread just above and read the last 10-30 pages to get an idea of what others have experienced.
Am on 10MB uncapped but there is a hiccup (only getting 4MB now) so until i get this resolved and around the 25th i can report back in the other thread what limit there is.
Need to save some GBs for E3 coming up.
All above subject to correction (if any) from other Ti users.

Thanks for the info, but what does 'full speed on common protocols' include? Can I watch YouTube and iTunes streaming movies on full speed say at 1 pm during the day?
what about netflix/hulu etc.
Is that shaped during the day at all?
I'm on a 4Mbps uncapped account. Have done 276GB so far this month.
My TI Tracker shows:

Wife is still streaming away. Son is still gaming away. I am still DL'ing after midnight with no throttling.
No thumb sucking involved. Its a well kept public secret, schduling downloads for after midnight makes a huge differenece in how much data one can use.I think Telkom thumb suck who they want to throttle each month. I got a response from social media that reached fair use policy limit.
This is so annoying.
.
Streaming isn't shaped at all. But then again in my experience nothing appears to be shaped on Ti.

Don't have it any other way... The only thing that was different this month I downloaded 80 gigs on ps4.
during business hours?
If you had scheduled it to download from 00h00-07h00 it would have taken 5 days and not counted towards your FUP allocation at all.Well it downloaded for about 4 Days

I do 15GB in an evening...Would have taken couple of days extra . Did about 15 gig during the day. Just find it absurd that you are "penalised" for using cap on psn.
