Telkom usage tracker reporting high usage?

Anyone having problems with the telkom usage tracker - so far this month it reports ive used 25% of my cap (3GB) The SASA app reports i've used only about 20mb - which is right.

Should I be worried out this? - I've mailed telkom asking them but as usual the mail goes to /dev/null
 
Telkom internets tracker now records usage from 0:00am on the 1st of the new month where the saix tracker (sasa uses) records usage for the new month only when a new session is established in the new month. ie. if you connect at 18:00 on 31 may and download until 18:00 1 june (24 hour reset) then on the saix tracker it will log all data as belonging to May where the telkom internet tracker will log all data transfered after 0:00 as belonging to June. As far as capping goes, telkom internet uses their own tracker. This might be the cause of the inconsistant stats.
 
this doesnt explain why the telkom tracker is reporting more bandwidth used then the sasa tracker though. from the 0:00 on the 1st until now - I haven't downloaded the amount of data that the telkom tracker is reporting?

Update: Looks like their email notification thing is broken - the online adsl track is reporting the correct usage, the email notification is horribly out.

what you are saying doesn't seem to be true. I know a lot of people who said that the tracker is reporting extra data from the last month even though they stopped downloading on the 31st. The tracker is flawed
