Telkom wireless LTE from Homecloud

I've been experiencing extremely slow to no connection on my Telkom wireless LTE router for approximately 4 weeks now. I have 100gb + 100gb contract, which costs me in excess if R800/month, from Homecloud to provide said service.

In the past, I've experienced damn good speeds until recently. My current download speeds range on average betweeb 0.8mbps and 1.4mbps, which is putrid.

I've tried a Vodacom data card in the same router and have seen good download and upload speeds, which leads me to believe that it may be a network problem.

My attempts to get any support from either Homecloud or Telkom have proved fruitless. The only correspondence that I've received from Homecloud is that my my bank account will be debited earlier than usual, as a result of the holiday season.

I'm seriously considering holding back payment until I receive decent service or feedback from these companies.

I would, also like to find out if anyone else is experiencing such issues and if it is being or has been rectified ?
 
Is their anyone that can provide me with the number of home cloud please
