Logged a fault yesterday because browsing is crawling on TI 1mb uncapped. Got a sms from Telkom this morning advising that fault has been repaired - thinking awesome - that was quick.
Just got home to discover that their way of fixing it is to completely kill my ADSL:wtf: - line isn't synching at all
Logged another fault. Telkom you are a bunch of morons
