Recently telkom announced that Educational institution’s websites will be zero rated due to corona virus pandemic. I am a student at one of the major universities and when accessing the site listed as zero rated, my data is still being used. Does the zero rating only apply to fixed line and fiber and not for mobile? Also the site that is zero rated is the site that students least visit.
