Eish!! Please hold, I want to transfirr you to some one what cares. Sorry, can not find some one, but please hold ..........................................................................................................................................

ROFL

Anyway, luckily i never have to call Telkom, but I can feel ur pain Trafeye. Although, i would make the title 99% incompetent - it's clear that they know how to use the hold and transfer buttons.

Wrong. I'm really not interested to share the details as I've started this thread to vent my frustration about Telkom's way of handling their customer's problems - and not to have a discussion on the specifics of my ADSL problem (it's actually more than one). Klaar gepraat.

Aren't you just the mysterious one....

If I were you I would state my problem here on the forum, coz like you said above the telkom's way of handling your problem is frustrating. It's obvious you'll get better help here.

Strange ... you offer to help me solve a specific TelkomInternet problem but you talk about "their", "them" and "they" as if you're not working for Telkom. Since when can someone outside of Telkom fix specific Telkom related problems inside Telkom - operating from an open forum like this? If my specific problem is sensitive and private why would I share it with a guy using an alias on a public forum? I prefer to talk to Telkom directly about the specifics (as is proper) and only share my experience and general details on here with others, which I've done suffisciently enough - I believe - in the first post.

Ahahahahahaha.

Then go talk to Telkom directly and deal with them instead of bothering the ppl on this forum who make an honest attempt to show any form of interest in your complaint(s)... since you blindly and ignorant misunderstood their stance in the first place when they tried helping.
