My 1st 2GB account was capped at about 11GB on 20 March. I reached about 8GB with my 2nd 2GB account and I didn't get capped (lol - I still downloaded till 23:45 on 1 April and all usage was allocated to March - I just reset my router at 23:45 on 31 March).
