My wife applied for this and Telkom installed the line two days ago. They even connected the router
Now, since yesterday I've been trying the 10215 (which the IVR tells me has changed) number which the tech said we needed to call to get the username and password. Everything is working and I can even get to the Verify ADSL page.
As I type this I'm holding, in fact I'm holding since 09:05
Is there any other way i can get the username and password?
