TelkomInternet Throttling / Shaping General Question

Hey guys,

We changed our 10GB capped account, to an uncapped 2Mbps account. Download speeds are great, torrents are okay.

When does Telkom start throttling, or, hectically shaping your uncapped adsl? What speeds should one expect when Telkom applies throttling? I have used 88.5GB for this month. I heard on a 2Mbps account you can safely use +- 200GB - then the throttling comes into play.

It depends on your activities on the line.. Alot of downloads etc, P2P outside of the night surfer, and you could be throttled at around 100GB's.

streaming and Gaming etc, and you should be okay as those are real time services.
