Has telkom messed up again with there caps, I have do bband level 1 (so 1gig int, 10 local) and I got capped at 1 gig, used 3 gig local, got put back onto international and I'm almost through my 4th gig of international. Have I missed some announcement or is this just another one of their nice screw ups?
