TelkomSA need a SLAP!

Talk about NO SUPPORT! TelkomSA takes the cake for this. Last week I e-mailed technical support at TelkomSA requesting the most appropriate DNS addresses for my Johannesburg ADSL number, and a week later I am still waiting. I ask for the e-mail address of customer services, no response. I ask for anything these days now that my contract with them has expired, no response. I want to give them an MFS - Middle Finger Salute.

Is there any other ADSL/ISP that charges less than R64.76 per GB of bandwidth?

Please advise soonest.

google 'OpenDNS" and look at the saol Uncapped special - you will not regret it as they will take over queries with Telkom for you!.
