Hi

Did anybody here ever try to get your phone activated to transfer airtime to another user via *111#? Turns out it is virtually impossible - the call center keeps promising activation within 48hours and nothing is done. When you call back, they just run you through the same old story again. This has now been going on for 5 days in a row - I am just about ready to give up! I just can't believe that a company like Vodacom can hire employees that are this incompetent. Wish there was a way you could control your own account and didn't have to deal with these people.

PM me the number in question and your contact details and I'll have it checked out.

I didnt realise your SIM needs to be activated for Airtime Transfer

All that you need done to dial 100 form the SIM in question to activate the SIM Card, the rest just follows.

Nope,

Doesn't quite work like that on this side ('You are not provisioned for this service'). Thanks V3G dropped you a PM.
