The 2017 Weightloss Thread

I was 89.6 this morning. So still below 90kg :D
Going back to dieting on Monday as well as ramping up the training to 5 mornings a week from 2 evenings a week.

Male
Height: 1.78
Weight in March: 88Kg
Weight now: 74Kg
Goal Weight: 70Kg
Method of weightloss: Diet and Boxing

Simply cutting out Crisps, chocolates, beer and coca cola has made a huge difference. I do boxing 4 times a week with some irregular exercise put in during the week and weekend. The only drawback from the boxing training is the lack of chest development, I have had to implement my own chest exercises to get the shape I want
 
Sigh, so close, trying to break into double digits.

And one month today till surgery :p

Time to update the album, haven't been this low since about early high school ( assume Std 7/8 ), 23 years ago :p

Hey all, longtime since we last posted in this thread so hopefully everyone is on track and keeping sane this silly season.

As per my last post here, had my abdominoplasty yesterday. This was for excess skin after losing 88kg in the last two and a half years. Alls well, feels a bit sore but am on pain meds to cope and should be walking today. Anywho, if anyone is curious, please feel free to hit me up with questions.

Fyi, removed 2.6kgs of excess skin from my abdomen. I still have quite a bit around thighs and arms but I intened to tackle those a year at a time ( thighs next year Dec).
