The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Is it also inaccurate and give different readings when you step on and off and on?

Yip.Over the weekend got readings as low as 94,2KG and as high as 101,3KG. So I've completely lost faith in the bloody thing. Will either get an analogue one that I can set the zero on, and hopefully get consistent measurements, or will be using the one at the gym - which sucks, cause I don't go first thing in the morning.

Looks like it is a problem with most digital meters. I've ordered one, will see how it goes and return it if not happy.

Weigh in today: 90.5kg
Down 1.7kg from beginning February
I've also started intermittent fasting which has helped with my cravings.

101.1

As expected went up. No gym for a week and a half + alcohol intake over the weekend.

I went back to walking 5km this weekend though, hopefully that helps even if the weight-loss rate slows down - gonna just do walking until my knee is fully healed.

Unchanged.

I've lost all momentum, went backwards, then gained a little ground and crashed into steaming pile.

Time to get my head back in the game and start eating properly. I can do this.

92kg this morning.. slightly up :/

I've been quite good with the IF, but I have been eating quite a lot of carbs recently.

Who broke your heart?
No one :D But I made the mistake of buying them doritos and chocs when I went grocery shopping on Saturday! Hadn't eaten chips like that in a couple of months. It was a party bag (250g) size, I started eating some on Saturday night, then the majority yesterday, and now there's just handful left :(

Currently sitting at 86Kg
2 Kg down

I did suffer from a violent stomach bug though...

83.0. Back on track.

Please can someone advice with a link to a scale that is accurate and affordable?

I don't want bluetooth, smart or anything extra. Just the weight of the person standing on it.

I got a new Camry piece of rubbish digital scale but I don't trust it.

I've got this although I don't check all the other info it gives. Kg's is all that matters right :p.

Melleware Bodymax.
