Monday morning weigh in: 102.5kg

Down 11.5kgs since Jan 1st so far... and went to gym a total of 4 times so far this year.

The lowest I've been in Norway was 101.3kg and the last time I was below 100kg was in 2012, so I'm gunning for it.
You're fine. Polar bears need extra insulation. :p

Finally crack 90kg

I see you guys using the app, (one thank you - really enjoyed building it) two, do you guys want me to log your changes then I can show each one a graph of your weightloss on the dashboard.

That would be dope...also, what app? I'm currently using MFP to give me a tracking graph.

EDIT: Oh right - WEBapp. Already using AND loving it. cheers!

@Sinbad - is there a way you can show the leaderboard (with maybe weekly updates) on the 1st post of this thread?

I would if @Thor could create images automatically that I can link to.

Grats to @Gielie01 , @spiff & @Stuey74 for surpassing 50% on their progress!

Hep has knocked his goal out of the park 6 ways to Sunday.

Thanks @Voicy its been tough and hard work, might need to update that goal at some point.
@Hephaestus is killing it, ive read his posts, lots of my loss is attributed to If, im even trying different variations.
But hats off to hep for his amount of Fasting. I dont see myself gettingto that level.

I might have over reached my goal weight. I'm already feeling a plateau at 105kg.

Need to at least push for double digits.

Plateaus are normal.

Just keep going. You'll break through eventually.

I found quite an interesting site for BMI calculation.

It takes more factors into account when rating you (e.g. age, sex, whatnot) vs what the W.H.O. ringfences you at. Then also gives you some details and guidelines about your health and weightloss efforts.

Give it a go if any of you are interested. Here's what it propped mine out as.

Did not weigh myself this week. Was away from home for the last 5 days and didn't have access to gym or healthy food. Pretty sure I've undid all the work I've done since the beginning of the year... will find out on my next weigh-in.

I was out of the gym for yet another week as I was hit with gastro. lost the weight I had gained the week before from the unhealthy eating. Restarting my diet and exercise plan today.

82.7 for the second week, happy not to have gained with what I ate the past couple of weekends. Knew they were coming, now time to get back some focus.

Haven't weighed in a while.. trying not to weigh myself too often, as the lack of movement would demotivate me..

Fell off the wagon slightly this last weekend.. had a bit of an alcohol binge session on Friday night and had quite a lot of chinese takeaways on the weekend to help with the hangover..

This recent change in weather is also not helping as I am craving comfort food. Hoping I can stay strong (fingers crossed).

Positives: I have remained sugar free, dairy free and nicotine free.
