Can't see it but if it's Superbowl ad then its cringeworthy.

Why can't you see it FiestaST? All looks fine from my side.

EDIT: It's not the Superbowl ad - that one is about equal pay for women.

It was approx R210k.
Could probably have gotten it for a little bit less but bought it from an Audi dealership which I preferred.

Not sure if something similar has been posted before...

Looking for a non-franchise Audi specialist in JHB.

A contact that's immigrating is letting a Q5 and an A1 go for a steal owing to gremlins each cars have. A1 is stuck in limp mode and various Audi's dealers haven't been able to resolve the issue. The Q5 has a shudder when it comes to a stop. Various components (engine mounts / suspension components / oil pump etc) have been replaced by Audi and the symptoms persist. Thinking of possibly taking on one or the other (or both if I can raise the capital). But since both cars have been inspected by Audi and the faults cant be found... Would like to know if there is a guru out there that does things the agents cant. Both cars are out of warranty/motorplans. 2012 models.

For context: A mate had a 2010 BMW M5 that had an electrical gremlin with its suspension (kept switch to sport mode). BMW quoted close to R100K to fix. He was put in touch with a Czechoslovakian guy in Benoni that sorted the issue out in a day for under R5K. I'm looking for THAT guys Audi counterpart in JHB.

Suggestions?

So took my 2011 A3 1.4 Sportback for its ,first out of maintenance plan, service. At the 100k service, nothing was wrong...well, i guess I must have been travelling somewhere along the Australian Outback, in between then and now.... -Just got a R 46k estimate...by all that they found defective, ...by how this estimate reads, I am lucky the wheels have not come off, as I was taking some corner.

Politely said no to the estimate....just do the service..

That doesn't add up anywhere near 46k.

But either way it is bull**** that they magically find all of this *** at the first service out of plan.

Take your car to Wessel at Engine Techniques - 021 981 8036 tell him Shaun (white GTI) referred you.

Never take your car anywhere else again.

(Assuming you are talking about the Cape Town curtain and not another one).

What I do find quite amusing is that they didn't work the cambelt service in there as well as they usually do even though the interval is much higher. Or is this the chain driven model?

Think it's both pages added up.
What, pray tell, is a mechatron? Sounds like your car is about to spring to life and pull you into it's adventures saving the planet from alien robots.

But it's funny - not once have I ever serviced my car or had the wheels aligned where something magically didn't have to be done.
